lol this post reminds me that you are very tired and need to go bed 🤣🤣 and it also reminds me of "kidney re-exchange" 🤣🤣 😆😆 joking, well I'd say Rani Mukherjee and Hrithink Roshan in Mujhse Dosti Karoge, because just like Pratz, in MDK Rani used to keep telling Hrithik that they should sacrifice their love for the happiness of their families and friend (played by Kareena Kapoor) and never let anyone know that they love eachother. But just like Shanky, Hrithik used to keep trying to persuade Rani to tell everyone about their secret love and to stop the marriage between him and Kareena.
Even some of the lines and scenes in MDK were the same as PKB, like when Hrithik meets up with Rani the night before his wedding to confirm their deal that if Hrithik marries Kareena then Rani would have to marry this other guy. The only difference is that Shanky asked Pratz NOT to marry Prashant. And when I used to watch these PraSha scenes I used to have flashbacks of the similar scenes from MDK 😆😆 and Shanky would even look like Hrithik at times, and Pratz as Rani.
