I am sure you guys must be expecting a surprise from me on Valentine's day... I thought I wouldn't be able to make it because I am really busy with school but since I am the "romantic maniac" of Shashank and Prateeksha's fanclub, here are my gifts:
Even if you don't want to look at me, I don't care because my heart just wants to see you and for that, I will not take off my eyes away from you...
I just want to make sure that I really saw you and I really felt you. Let me close my eyes and open them again...
I know it's you! I love you too much that destiny had to bring you up right in front of me....
Shanky comes out from the car and asks Prats to come out from the riksaw as well. She doesn't come out first but then Shanky gets frustrated and drags her from the car. He takes her in the temple (he is still holding her hand but is very angry). He is now face to face to Prateeksha. He let her hand go off. He asks Prateeksha "how long will you keep running from..." and sees her mangalsutra. He is shocked and asks her "Mangalsutra... You got married?"
Prateeksha just stares in his eyes but doesn't reply (as she is standing in the temple and she cannot lie). Shanky asks her again the same question and still no reply. He then grabs her from her shoulders and ask her the same question. Prateeksha feels really awkward and tells him straight in his eyes "I am married" (She was so in love with him that if she had to, she would lie to him so that he moves ahead with his life).
Shashank got totally heartbroken. His eyes were filled with tears and Prats was still staring at him as if she was hating him. Shanky lowered his eyes and just left. He was totally lost. He was coming out from the temple and was remembering all his past with Prats. He was then wondering how could Prateeksha become someone else's. Meanwhile, Prateeksha breaks down in front of God's idol. She seeks forgiveness to God but the "diya" goes off indicating something inauspicious is going to happen. She just runs out from temple. From upstairs, she could see Shanky was lost in some unknown thoughts and not looking where he was walking. Prateeksha then sees a car coming in speed right toward Shanky. That car was going to kill Shanky. Prateeksha runs off to save Shanky (afterall what goes around comes back around...Shanky had saved Prats's life in a similar way). Prateeksha pushes Shanky and both fall off from a cliff. They roll all the way from the cliff.
Shanky gets hurts on the side of his forehead . His eyes were closed. While rolling, Prateeksha's head had touched Shanky's head. Shanky's blood on his forehead had left a mark on Prateeksha's forehead (as if they got married...) Prateeksha is lying on top of him and sees his wound. She is shocked and tries to wake him up by putting her hand on his face. He does not react. She then screams "Shashank, pleaseeeeeeeee". She had tears in her eyes. She then kisses Shashank on his forehead (not where he was bleeding) and Shanky was still not reacting. She then says "I really love you". Shanky now puts his arms around Prats (his eyes are still closed). Prateeksha felt his arms around her body: she had a surprised look on her face. She was trying to catch her breath because it had been so long since she had felt her love's warm touches. She then looked at Shanky's face with a surprised look. Shanky then opened his eyes. Prateeksha then closed her eyes. Shanky then "lifted" his head upward so that he could kiss Prateeksha on her forehead. (His arms were still around Prateeksha's waist.)
Upon Shanky's kiss, Prateeksha opened her eyes and asked Shanky "Why do you like putting your life in danger? Was this another pre-planned game of yours?" He then replied "This time, destiny wanted to teach you something. It wasn't me at all. I was just lost in thinking how you could be someone else's. If you were someone else's, then few minutes ago, I would have die...." Prateeksha puts her hand on his lips just when he was going to say "died". They
were now looking deeply and passionately in each other's eyes. Tears were still coming out from their eyes. Prateeksha then wiped his tears from his eyes and finally confessed "If not yours, then I will never belong to someone else's. " (meaning that she wasn't married)
Shanky and Prats bot got up and sat there. Prats wanted to clean his wound but he stopped her by holding her hand. He then kissed the inside of her hand and said "Just to feel you for awhile, nothing else hurts me." Prateeksha then makes him understand that his wound will get infected if she doesn't clean it. He then says ok. Prats is cleaning Shanky's wound and he is just staring at her with a big smile. Prateeksha is hurt to see Shanky hurt like this and Shanky sees this. Just when a tear was about to come out from Prats's eyes, he kisses her tear. Prateeksha finally smiled. Shanky then removed her fake mangalsutra saying that "I am with you, you don't need to wear a fake mangalsutra". He then removed his chain and put it around Prateeksha's neck and said "Here is my symbol of love that you can keep forever with you..." Finally, they hugged each other tightly...
Please don't ask me to continue because I could write 1000 pages but I really don't have time... This scene is just impossible in Ekta's world, so I thought of sharing it with you because I find it really sweet. Sorry for the dialogues... I can't really write in hindi so I wrote the dialogues in English....
Wishing you a very Happy Valentine's day!! Hope you all find your dream man very soon even if you are really young because love is just about feelings inside the heart and not the age... I also wish that no one breaks your heart because you are all wonderful friends...
