Acute renal (kidney) failure can definitely occur after trauma likely mechanism is by Rhabdomyolysis which is characterized by muscle necrosis and the release of intracellular muscle constituents into the circulation. The severity of illness ranges from asymptomatic elevations in serum muscle enzymes to life-threatening cases associated with extreme enzyme elevations, electrolyte imbalances, and acute renal failure. However kidney transplant as treatment seems really extreme most patirnts need to receive adequate hydration wth IV fluids and carefull monitoring of electrolytes and kidney function and some may require dialysis, this may be the first case report in medical history of offering immediate renal transplant after trauma as the only option. I wish the writers do some kind of homework and get there medical facts right instead of coming with the extreme distorted facts

Anyway it is high time there is one more sibling discovery. The only one that wont lead to a chain of discovery is Milind recognizing Araina as Mishti. The only way that can happne - Vikram/Sonia in a moment of emotion spills the fact out

Now - Araina never knew about Pra-Sha meeting there , so why should she want take revenge on Pra?

I think the creatives are still playing around with the revenge idea

Wait 4 Araina's revenge track and PraSha's never ending guilt trip.. even if Prats parts away with her kidney n donates her "amulya - lakhon mein ek" blood.. there r dim chances of PraSha uniting so soon...

after the dhamki of Subash, i wonder wat step Shanky wud take.. wud he really shun Prats away... .. three emotions - guilt, impendng blame on their pure luv if true facts r revealed, n losing parents' trust r working against one emotion of luv.. i really wonder who wins.. moreover Shanky is already completely ignoring Prats.. obviously he has no courage 2 meet Prats post accident bt at least he can give a luk at Prats n lower his eyes in shame.. instead he is shown being completely inconsiderate of his girlfriends plight .. on the other hand, Prats fully understands the "ghutan" he is going through.. r'ships r always tested in most tough times.. i wish n pray tht PraSha passes them with flying colors by supporting each other morally and emotionally n staying united...😳

and ohh.. i luv Milind and tht new girls jodi.. they r jst perfect couple...👍🏼.. tht new girl is really v sweet n mature and complements Milind so well.. n they r acting jst superb.. totally believable characters and touching scenes..👍🏼👍🏼.. a new promising jodi 2 luk forward 2 after PraSha in PKB..😛
