Chapter Nineteen
The whole family returned home from te farmhouse after a two weeks filled with masti, romance, and a lot of drama in the ending of it. As soon as they returned, the wedding preparations begun. As Millind and Radha, had got to know each other in the past two weeks, really well. The wedding begun straight away.
As soon as retuning, Nandita rang the pundit to fix a date forthe wedding. Prateeksha and Araina where really looking forward to it, and couldn't wait for their brothers wedding!
'Namaste pandit je.' Nandita said.
'Namaste!' the pandit replied. Walking upto the family sitting area, they all sat down comfortably, and started discussing the date which would be perfect.
'Ek Hafte mein din hai, baut shub!' he said.
'Teek hai pundit je. Ek hafte mein shaadi sain raygee!' Nandita said.
The pundit left an the wedding preparations begun. As the wedding was coming in seven days, there was a lot work to do. The whole family became occupied in something or the other.
'Wedding card has arrived!' screamed Shahank. Within minutes, the whole family turned uptown the lounge to see the wedding card.
'Mujhe doh!' Millind said.
'Bahiaaa, baut besabre hai. Intaazar!' Shashank joked! Embarassed he looked down, and whilst laughing, Prateeksha came upto Shashank and grabbed the card out of her hand. Running away with it, Shashank was shocked. Running after her, the whole family errupted in laughter, watching Shanshank running behind Prateeksha.
As Prateeksha hand was slowly healing, a slig was no longer needed. She had a cast on it, and it was healing quick. Shashank grabbed Prateeksha, and pulled her towards himself. Holding her fixed arm, he tried to get the card out of it.
'Beta aram se. Her hand still isn't fully fixed.' said Subhash worried.
Worried he might her, Shashank let go of her immediatly and she pulled her tounge out at him and returned to the crowded lounge.
'The late Mr ans Mrs Das,
invite you their beloved sons marrige,

RADHA GUPTA
daughter of Mr and Mrs Gupta.'
Liking the card, everyone passed it around, and looked at it. Prateeksha looked at the envalope of the card, and saw an extra card, pullin it she read it aloud again.
'Radha would love the company of Prateeksha and Araina Das on the Mendhi ceramony of hers. Please accept her wish and come to the Gupta house on, the date of 28th April.'
The girls started talking about hatthey would wear to their future bhabies mehndi, which wa sinfact the next day, then the day after Millinds haldi and the day after the wedding!
The next day came quick, and it was the morning. Prateeksha and Araina both had left for the hairdressers to get their hair and makeup done! Returning around five in the afternoon, they bothe went straight upstairs to get ready as they had to leave for seven.
Prateeksha was wearing a Light blue ghahra choli, with matching jewelary. She has her done up into a bun, with beautiful studs in them to finish the look, her makeup was nor too heavy nor too light. Just right. She covered her one arms wrist in blue bangles, and set her scarf so it wouldn't fall. Inc ready at around quater past seven she left for Arainas room.
Walking ever so carefully so she didn't trip on her ghahra choli, she was shocked when she felt someone pull her hand and take her towards a room.
As it was the wedding, everyone had decided to move into The Manhortra Mansion, as they could all be together and it was the largest house also.
Shutting the door, Prateeksha realised who it was and clasped onto the hand so she wouldn't trip. Making her lean on the door, Shashank stood in front of her.
'Your looking really beautiful today, this blue colour is looking fab on you.' Shashank whispered. Leaning in, he lightly kissed her neck which instanly made Prateeksha move her head to the side, giving Shashank more room. Continuing to kiss her in her neck, Prateekha let out a soft moan.
'Shahank, choro na, I need to go.' she said despite enjoying every minute of it.
Moving his kisses towards her face he kissed her chin, then slowly placed ever so light kisses all over her face.
'Sha..Shashank' she whispered.
Shashank knew he was having an effect on Prateeksha, so moved his hands around her bare waist, which made her feel really light on her feet. Resting his forehead against hers, he was just a few centimeters away from her lips.
'I love you.' he said softly, before taking her lips and kissing her, Prateeksha, kissed him back with equal passion. The kiss was full of passion, an Prateeksha was softly moaning in between.
Fianlly moving back, Shashank looked at Prateekha who had her eyes closed know and was just getting over what had just happened.
Slowly openeing her eyes she looked at Shashank who was already looking at her, and blushed looking down. Shashank, put his finger under her chin an moved her head to look towards him.
'Millind Bahia ki shaadi ki baad, I have to talk to dad about our wedding. I really can't be bothered with hiding it know.' he whispered, kissing her cheek softly.
'I love you.' was all Prateeksha could say and both hugged each other.
Staying put for a few minutes, Prateeksha moved back, and realised she was getting late.
'Shashank choro, it's getting late, we need to het to Radha bhabies mendhi' prateeksha said as Shashank was still holding her waist.
'Teek hai na, but before you do go, let me fix one thing' he said.
'What is it my hair?' Prateeksha asked.
Nodding his head in a negative way, Shashank moved one finger towards her lips and lightly rubbed around them.
'Can't let you go with smuged lipstick, it will hint somethin' he said winking at her.
Blushing again, she looked down, and pushed him back, so she could open the door, stepping out the room, she felt Shashank hold her hand.
Looking back she read his lips which said, 'I love you!'
'I love you too!' she said back and he let go of her hand and she finally went towards Arainas room.
Meanwhile..
'Ronak, tum abb niklo, di will be here anytime soon' Araina said.
'Anne doh bhabie koon' Ronak replied.
Araina was wearing a light green ghahra choli, and her hair was let down in very loose curls and lowly makeup. Ronak had been here for the past twenty minutes and wouldn't leave.
'Knock knock'
'Shit Ronak, it's didi, get out.' Araina said.
Prateeksha opened the door as it wasn't locked and walked inside, Ronak was just about to dissapear from the window when Prateeksha spoke.
'Devar je, Darwza kula hai, you can leave from there.' feeling embarrassed both Araina and Ronak had there heads bent.
Coming out from the window Ronak went towards the door, and before he left he whispered,
'Sorry bhabie'
Laughing, both sisters finally left for the Gupta mansion. Witht he driver taking them, they reached within twenty minutes. Getting out of the car, both sisters where in awe at the derecorations, an walked towards the door. They where about to walk in when they where stopped by a young lady.
She was wearing a yellow and tinted green ghahra choli, and had a french plait in her hair.
'Prateeksha and Araina right?' she asked.
Both nodded and smiled.
'One minute.' she said.
Walking back inside she announced something.
'Humare jiju ki doh pyaari behne aageye hain!' she said. Returnig to the door she was accompanied by on other girl. Wearing a similar ghahra choli, she had her hair done the same way as the first.
'Welcome, both of you!' both said simulataiously.
Smiling, Prateeksha and Araina said Hi to them.
'Well we know who you both are, so we will introduce ourselves. I'm Lali, and this is Mariam, but everyone calls her Maru!' Lali said.
'As your hone wali bhabie has no sisters, us friends have become her sisters, come in both of you.' Lali said and took both Prateaksha and Araina inside.
Walking inside they saw the grand hall decorated grandly, and the dulhaan sitting in the middle wearing a yellow lengha which was a origanal stlye. Walking upto her, Both sisters met her and sat down next to her, on each side.
'Kaise hain app bhabie?' Prateeksha asked.
'Mein bilkul teek hoon.' Radha replied. The trio continue talking, until a four girls came and stood infront of them.
'Kya hua ladkeo?' Radha asked.
Prateeksha recognised two of them, as she met Lali and Maru near the front door, the other two she didn't.
'We thought we come introduce ourselves' they said.
'Prateeksha, Araina these are a few of my best friends, so sisters, therfore tumhare bahi ki salis. This is Lali, Maru, Lily and Swetha.' Radha said introducing them.
Meeting them all, the four said they where going to do there dance, and wnet towards the middle of the hall.
The music which was played before stopped, and the dj introduced them.
'Give it up for the four beautiful ladies, Lali, Maru, Lily and Swehta!' he shouted. Everyone clapped and he four got into postion for their dance.

The dance ended an the four got up and all gave each other a hug. Walking upto Radha, they all sat down and started talking. Araina had became good friends with Lily and both where chatting away. Were as Prateeksha had become friends with Lali.
The dinner was served and everyone ate, Lali was special help to Pratekesha due to her broken arm sh was very limited in what she could do. The dinner finished and the dancing stated again.
'Lily, go see where the Mendhi is. It's time to put it on.' Maru said.
Just as Lily was about to go, in came another beatuiful girl, wearing a similar choli like all the friends, who was carrying the mendhi.
'Sorry I'm late, traffic' she said making an excuse.
'whatever, chal abb laga Radha ki hatho mein.' Swetha said. Araina got up ad sat down next to Lily so she could carry in talking whilst the girl say next to Radha.
'Prateeksha, this is my other good friend who is an expert at mendhi. She is Lekha.' Radha explained to a confused Prateekha.
'Hi Lekha.' Prateeksha said. All the girls started chatting and all got along really well. Araina had resulted in calling everyone di, as she was the youngest around. Everyone was chatting when there focus was turned to a girl in the middle of the dance floor, who was getting ready to dance.

The dance ended and everyone started clapping!
'Araina, Prateeksha, yeh meri ek air dost hain, Irika, she's the best dancer out of us all, yeh mehndi bhi baut achee lagate hai. She going to put ur int he rest of you girls.' Radha said. Irika came up and got aquatinted with everyone. She say down and started the mehndi, and did so on Prateeksha first. Prateeksha gave her hand, which dint have the cast on. Irika started witht he unique designs, and filled up Prateekshas hand with mehndi within fifteen minites'. Asking for her other arm, she cardully put it on, avoiding the cast. She had a little space left, and whispered in Prateekshas ear.
'Tumhara koi sajna hai ' Irika asked. Blushing, prateeksha just said put the letter S, and keep it quiet, irika agreed to do so, but Lali had hear and needed to find this S person.
Chapter Twenty....More of the mendhi, then Millinds Haldi..... And more romance on the way!
