DRINK...

lassi is the most desi drink of punjab..nothing more thn a lassi cud work better...so add lassi in drinks..ok...or lemon juice...vich is known as skanjvi in punjab...or saquash...i.e.rooh abzaaa...in winters...tea or coffee...:)

STARTER...

vegetable samosaas...aaloo samosaas...mixed pakoras...chiken tikka...tandoori chiken...poori channa...:)

MAIN COURSE...

aha...makki di roti te sarso da saag...:)...shahi paneer...rajmah chawal...karhi chawal...fried rice with curd...palak paneer...aaloo gobhi...stuffed prathass...:)...matr paneer...paneer masalaa...:)

DESSERTS...

kheer...fruit custard...gujrela...(usually known as gajar ka halwa..)...dry fruit custard...gulaab jamun...sevaiyaa...soozi ka halwa...,,jalebi...

great list sid not writing what you already did

drinks - jaljeera mint flavoured buttermilk

starters - can we have one veh one chicken one mutton starter and fish ? Veg - alu gobhi seekh kebab , pakoras veg and corn

non veg - tandoor items tikkas . . Am sure others will know more

main course - stuffed parathas , makke di roti (with gud and white butter?) , phulkas

curry - paneer , butter chicken , sarson ka saag , mutton rogan josh one . . Fish item if need be , chole ,

rice - pakode wali kadi and rice , dal makhani and rice, biryani

dessert - makwane ka kheer, falooda, lauki ka meetha,

Naah not a punjabi, but I have lived there for few years... menu should be spicy and dont forget to add lassi
