Present day..
The truth left a hole inside her heart and soul, her body turned cold as the realty strike hard. "I hope you never forgive me." He stepped back his back slam to wall, as silent tears flowed down both their cheeks. On the room door Gayatri Suraj and Prateek Paridhi were shocked who listening everything. "What was my fault ?" A painful cry escape Aarti mouth. paridhi and Gayatri was on her side. "Why me?" She scream as Gayatri embrace her, whole room echoed with her heart breaching cry. "Because of me." He blamed himself, hold a wooden chair top corner and closed his fist tight enough to hurt himself, as the sharp edge dig into his palm blood fell on floor drop by drops. "Bhai sambhaliye khudko." Prateek hold Yash bleeding hand. "Yash you have to be strong, not for anyone but for Aarti." Suraj says. He looked Suraj, he had for remorse for Aarti suffering and Donal death.

After two hour he enter in Gayatri room where Aarti is sitting on sofa. "Be with her!" Gayatri put hand on his shoulder, he nods. Gayatri went out to call and tell Shobha everything. He went to stand in front of her. she is sitting there and her eyes fixed on one place but she wasn't looking anything. Feeling someone in room she raise her head to look him with her puffy red eyes., her tears threatened to fell seeing guilt in his eyes. "No, please." Yash shook head as he hold her face before bend down on knee. "He tarnished me." her voice was teary as she put her hands over his that was on her neck and cheek. "Aarti." his right hand fingers lightly pressed her lips close. "I don't deserve you anymore." Her whole body shook when she cry looking down, he crashed her in his arms. "Dare you say something like this again." Yash warned, squeezing her closer, she clutched into him harder, her tears fell silently. He wanted to be a more of man, a rock to her. he don't want to cry when he needed to console her, be her straight but truth is that he is not emotionless jerk. He pulled back a little and wipe his tears then hers. "I love you Aarti." He whispered, his hand graced her side of face. she stare at him and his eyes reflex the same love for her. He leans in close, there was just a hair space between their faces when he glanced into her eyes, he know this needed for both. Her hold on his shoulder tighten when their lips come in contact soon she found herself lost in the feel away from all the pain and their bitter past.

In evening Aarti parents come to Shindhiya mansion to take Aarti to their home. "They're her parents, so they would take care of her better." Suraj said seeing Yash worrying about Aarti so much. In night 11 Yash call Shobha when he felt like he can't take this restless anymore. "Yash!" She spoke on phone but Yash don't know how to ask about her. "She is sleeping!" Shobha tell glanced at sleeping form of Aarti, she drifted off just a five minutes back. "Did she." Yash hesitant. "She had her food." Shobha smile in satisfaction, she always know her daughter got a husband who love her a lot but now she witnessing it herself. "Don't worry I will take care of your wife! Good night, sleep well." She said, Yash smile a little went to bed switching off lights.

Italy..
"If Shravan can hide about his wife from me then I can't trust him anymore. I think he still didn't tell me the whole truth." Serena thought glanced at her iPhone, just some moment back Shravan called her and was begging to forgive him, to give him another chance. "Only Yash can tell me the entire truth but he has no memory of that period of time." She murmur roaming here n there in her cabin. Her mind not working anymore in anyway, she never thought that her love life would turn so complicated some day. "Amar." Out of blue she remember about that club night and Shravan Amar conversation, but she is not sure if he will help her or not. "Whatever, I just need to have a talk with him." She thought, stormed out of office.

Amar was surprised as he find Serena on his apartment door then he give her way to inside. She move her eyes all around the hall, they are the only two in his big apartment and it make her uncomfortable in a scary way. He took a seat on chair beside her. "So I come to the point, I knew you and Shravan hiding something from me and I want to know what you guys hiding." She says, he was taken a back. She raise her eyebrow on his weird reaction. he instantly looked away then thought it's not a bad idea, he will tell only what Shravan did and he will be saved. "What will I get." He gazed her from head to toe. Remember when he was smitten by her gorgeous face and attractive figure the day he first saw her, five months back on Shravan's music album success party. She looks him in disgust as he put his hand on her knee if is case she still have any doubt of what he is hinting. "You bas***d, I should have know you better." She slaps him hard, raise up from sofa. he hold his burning cheek looks at her in anger. "You are in my apartment, do you got and I can do anything with you, right actually what Shravan did with Aarti." He furiously jerked her close, gripped her both arm. their faces were just a inch away when he glaring her down. Serena eyes widened at his words. "What Shravan had done to Aarti?" She question but somewhere she already guess the answer. Amar hold loosen on her. "Tell me or else you are seeing my wrist watch, I just have to press this key and my parents will know I'm there, you can't even harm me but I definitely going to tell them that you try to molest me." She threatened him when he didn't act on her saying so she was about to press key when he stop her scared by her threat, take deep breath before he narrates everything to her. Reaching Gilbert mansion Serena cried closing herself in bathroom sitting under the running shower.
she don't want anyone to witness her like this, broken. she sob hugging her knees close to her chest remember each and every lie that Shravan told her continuously without any shame and remorse.

In evening Serena told her mother Ashi everything from start. "Mom, Shravan lie to me that he want to seek Revenge on Yash for sending Rajan uncle to jail, he even tell me that Yash raped Aarti. I never know he is a rapist, if I was aware then I will never ever love him. I hate myself for spending my life's 6 months with a rapist." Serena cry hugging Ashi. "Baby don't cry, people do mistakes and it happen with you so don't blame yourself for what happen. he used, cheated you, he is guilty not you and now I advance you to have a talk with Yash because his wife should get justice." Ashi advice her, Serena nods wipe away her tears. "I already take Yash number from Amar, even warned him to not tell Shravan anything if he want to save himself from getting punished but I know what I'm going to do with that sicko for how he behaved with me." She told and make a call on Yash number hoping this work and for her luck she heard Yash voice on the other side on call.
"Mr. Yash Shindhiya." She spoke. "Yes." Yash waited for her to tell who is she and how she got his number. "I'm Serena from Italy. Shravan's friend." She introduced to Yash but hates to address herself as Shravan's friend. "I know what Shravan did with you and your wife. I'm ready to help you." She can hear Yash raged angry breath on the other side of line. Yash don't know how to trust her but he knew he have to take risk. "Where can we meet?" Yash ask instead of her. She know that he got back his memory. "I can't come to Dubai as we both know Shravan is smart enough so I can't fool him by telling some lie." She says, very well aware of Shravan evil mind. "I'm coming Italy, tomorrow." Yash told, she smile weakly.

Next morning 10:30 Yash reach Aarti home, Shobha welcome him with a sweet smile. Aarti was working in kitchen that time. "Apne room mein akeli gumsum bethi toh maine hi kaha mera haath batane ke liye." Shobha told moving her eyes from Yash to Aarti. Yash smile weakly, don't know when will he get back his old Aarti, that bubbly girl who use to tease him on every little thing! Who used to make his days beautiful with her big bright smile. "Aarti beta you sit with Yash, I have some work." Shobha say getting up from sofa. Aarti bring tea for Yash and took a seat there on chair placed next to him.
"In a hour I'm leaving to Italy for some work." He told. she looked him then leave to her room without saying anything. "Suno, Aarti." Yash raise up from sofa to went behind her. "Jaan!" He hold her arm to turn her around. "I will return in a day." He brushed his fingers across her cheek, gazing at her pale face he can't believe the glow of pregnancy was washed by her inner deep pain. She slowly slipped her arm around his waist. can't forget what happened when last time he went to Italy, everything destroyed her dignity tarnished and he was almost killed. their every dreams is now only dreams that they both dreamed together for their happy life, she hates that city to even take it name. "Just last time let me go, trust me everything will be already." He embrace her closing his eyes, put his chin on her head. he know what must be she thinking. "Last time I was betrayed by those who I trusted most but this time Prateek and dad is there with me, we are not alone Aarti! Hum ab akele nahi hain. he need to punished for hurting you and I'm not going to leave him this time." He says but didn't take Shravan name. she didn't uttered a word just her hands around his waist tighten protectively, her tears wetted his T-shirt.

Italy..
"That night was a curse for everyone, 150 accidents happened there. even I lost my sister in that rainy night, she dies in a car accident when she was returning from her job, her in laws live in Dubai." Serena told as they took seat on a brown leather couch in her farmhouse, she known rain in Dubai is almost impossible but it happen that night. "I'm sorry." Yash hand stroke her arm in a comforting manner. "Uh, sorry I shouldn't have cry like this." She wiped her tears feels awkward to tell him all this. "That's okay." He smile gently at her. Serena actually feel good. "I was so blind in love with shravan so my deeds are also not any less then him." Serena just stare into his eyes, not sure if he will forgive her or not. "Everyone deserve a second chance and I'm ready to give you that, just don't break my trust." Yash said she nodded. "This is camera ...now it's on you, how you gonna use this!" He handed her a small camera. "He will get punished for his crimes." Serena promised to Yash and herself as well but still don't know how will this help them.

Malhotra mansion..
"Yash got back his memory." Shravan gazed up at Serena, she made a fake shocking face. "Don't worry nothing will happen." He went to bar counter. He is over confident as he know there is no proof about him being Aarti rapist. "Shravan we can sit there." She hold his hand as he filling two cut glass for both. "Yeah, why not." He agree as he sat on stool then pulled her close.
she uncomfortably placed her hand on his chest. "Why I'm feeling as if you are not comfortable?" Shravan looks at her in suspense. "No, no, it just uh, we are together after so long ...so I'm just excited! yeah." She smile curling her arm around his neck don't want him to doubt her. "Excited, hmm." He smirk, dipped his head in her neck, she fisted his shirt in disgust when he kissed. "Shravan we have whole night, can we first finish our drinks." Serena pushed him and turned her back to him. "Oh yes, sorry you know I just can't take my hand off you." He slipping his arm around her waist from back as he again pulled her close. she faked a smile, after that Serena consumed a five drinks so does Shravan then she start act as if she is not in her senses at all so Shravan take her to bedroom. "Shravan, do you really love me?" She cup his cheeks as he made her lay. "Yes, I love you Serena!" He kissed her plump lips sweetly then part, slipped beside her. "But how can you? You love your wife Donal! Am I right?" She spoke resting her chin on his chest, Shravan don't have answer of that question. "Tell me please, how you falls for me when you love your wife so much." She again question tilted his chin, force him to look her. He hesitant a little then take deep breath. "She use to call me Eiffel tower and when first time you called me with the name that remind me of Donal last words, she say we will met again and I thought Donal is back for me in form of you." He told everything subconsciously, he know Serena is in alcohol effect and she will forget everything in morning what happened now. Serena close her eyes aware it's always about Donal, he never loved her. "Don't you want to take revenge on Yash for killing Donal?" Shravan looked her shockingly but he see her eyes closed her hands were wrapped around him and it appeared as if she would fell sleep any moment. "I did take my revenge on him, I ...I rapped his wife Aarti." His paused in between then he confessed to her. "But I did something which make her believe that Yash is her rapist, she hates him and this give peace to my heart that he can't live his life happily and I'm not sorry for what I did, he deserve this for killing my Donal for ruining my happy life." Pulled away from her, Shravan went to window to breath in fresh air, Serena know the truth but this hurt like hell when he confessed it by himself. "Yash did not killed your wife, that was an accident and Aarti is innocent!" She spoke again and this time Shravan doesn't even turned to look her, thinking she is blubbering in her drunk state. "Yes that was an accident, in our fight she slip from stairs but by calling this a accident can't bring back Donal, she is died and its all Yash fault. yes Aarti is innocent but my Donal too was innocent then why he killed her." Shravan voice turned teary and Serena don't know what to feel for him Anger or sympathy. Night 01:30 when shravan was in deep sleep Serena went out after taking camera from behind a flower vase that she hide in evening.

Next morning Serena met Yash in a hotel room where Yash is staying. "I successfully recorded it." She hand over camera to him. They played Shravan confess clip. "There is no need of more proof now." Yash say in relief. "Now Aarti don't need to answer all the disgusting question in court." Serena says. "I know, if a rape case discussed in court room that is not less then any rape." Yash tell, was tensed about Aarti only as he know how many cheap questions lawyer ask just to prove their client innocent. "Now first thing i have to do is sending legal notice in Italy court." He told, Serena nods. "I should leave now." Serena said, getting up from sofa. "I can't thank you enough, Serena." He said truly grateful. "I did nothing it just my guilt so just for my own peace of heart I'm doing this, honestly I still feel shame to remember my deed and believe me Yash I'm willing to take the punishment for supporting shravan in his crimes." She spoke but her eyes were down in shame. "Its not your fault, you truly loved Shravan but he used you. I promise you Serena that you will be saved." He come in front of her. "Thanks." She smile at him weakly. "You forgive me for attacking you." Serena said but it sound as if she is questioning. "Yes, I did the moment you choose to leave wrong person side." He told honestly. "It's nice to meet you, Yash." She forward her hand. "Same here." He hold her hand as they both shook hands smiling.

"How is Aarti?" Yash called Shobha first after retuning from Italy. "She is fine but still not talking with anyone." Shobha told looking Aarti who is sitting in living room with a book on her lap but she is lost somewhere else. "Sachhai kuch aisi hai ki naahi rone se dard kam hota hai aur na hi khudko ya kisi aurko blame karne se." Yash spoke as he is cursing Shravan and himself for everything but nothing console him. Shobha feel for both of them. "I find some proof against Shravan." Yash tell after thinking a little. "I think we should tell Aarti after we find a lawyer for the case." Shobha advice walked away from Aarti. "I'm going to take this case." Yash told. "But Yash, she is your wife. this won't be easy for you like your all the other cases." Shobha reminds him. "Mujhe nahi maloom yeh mere liye asaan hoga ya nahi but I know one thing that this case going to finish on the first date of court." Yash tells.

After a week Shravan gets shock of his life when police show up to his mansion with arrest warrant. before Shravan ask any question or even utter a word they dragged him out. He was attacked by Media questions when he steps out of police van. "Sir is it true you raped your own brother wife?" A reporter ask pushing other reporter a side. "What's gone wrong we want to know, your fans deserve to known ?" Another reporter fire a question on Shravan way. "Are you aware that your girlfriend supporting Mr. Advocate Yash Shindhiya in this case ?" A girl asked, Shravan was shocked with this information then some of the inspector pushed them away and somehow escorted Shravan inside police station.

"Serena." Serena mother calls her, she come out of her room. "Look he is arrested." Ashi said and serena turned around to look TV where Shravan encounter with media was headline of the news. "Breaking news Italy's famous singer Shravan Malhotra raped his sister in law."

"Hello, Shobha Maa please don't let Aarti watch news." Yash told on call, he don't have any idea how Aarti would react to this news and seeing Shravan, Shobha about to change the news channel they were watching when she heard something breaking right behind her. turned around she find Aarti there her eyes are on TV and water glass that she was holding break felling on floor. "Aarti." Shobha instantly run to hold Aarti after switching off tv, on the other side of line Yash heard Shobha voice. "Oh no." He got a idea that Aarti had watched that news so without thinking much he run out of SM, for him it felt forever to reach Dubey house. "Aarti." He barge inside pushing door open, find Aarti sitting on floor she was crying in Shobha arms. She looked up to him. "Usko saza milegi na ab ?" Her voice Shiver as she spoke, he bend down in front of her. "Yes." Yash tear fell as he nods.

After a hour Yash took a seat on sofa in hall with Shobha in front of him. "Why didn't you file complaint that day ?" He ask. Shobha know very well what he is questioning. "Police reach hospital when I get call from there but I didn't file complaint just because I thinks about Aarti future, we all know in our society it doesn't matter if mistake done by girl or boy, everyone only point finger on girl character." Shobha spoke remember how many times Aarti tell them to file complaint but she always scold her saying who will marry her then after knowing truth. "We can't change people thinking but its your right to punish the person who wronged us." He said then his gaze shifted from Shobha to Aarti who is standing on door of her room. "If that day you had file complaint then my revenge never went this far." Aarti spoke without moving her eyes from Yash. "Revenge ?" Shobha question. "Yes, I married Yash to kill him." Aarti tells, didn't even remember how many time she try to kill him. Shobha was stunned to know this. "Y-yash, I try to kill you." She murmur. "I'm perfectly fine, Aarti." Yash headed toward her. "What if something terrible had happen to you?" She ask with fear. "Nothing happen to me." He says, holding her face in both hands. "How on earth I can think of hurting you, harming you?? You don't know Yash, you don't know I had mixed poison in your food, I sat our bedroom on fire just to kill you, I pay to a track driver to hit your car." She cry not able to except that she really try to end her Yash life. Yash embrace her not finding words to console her right at that moment. "How could I ?" She cried, clutch into him tightly, closer. After when Aarti stop crying Yash take her to room, Shobha went to bring food for Aarti. "Promise me Aarti, you won't cry again. This is not good for our baby." He says as he put his hand on her flat stomach with care. She looked down and put hand over his hand. "I'm sorry baby, your mumma is bad but I promise you and to your papa, now I won't cry again." She raise her head to look Yash. He kissed her forehead smiling.
