Sometimes ideas burst and I put all on paper to not forget then fill in the blank. Its annoying to me😕 but can't change it

My ideas always come when there is nothing handy. At night when i am in bed or driving. Sometimes when i get back to the laptop, the ideas are gone. I hate that especially with good dialogues.

I also have to write in order otherwise the story doesn't flow...
