you are too quick with your updates. No point in unreserving now since the next chapter is out. I just need to say that I love how she forgot herself and reverted back to acting like his lover and it triggered his memory

Chapter 2 part A
During the drive to the park Yash started the conversation he wanted to know about Aarti and Aaman friendship
"So when did the two of you meet Aaman?"
"In primary school the kids were harassing Aarti and she was answering them back they were teasing her for being an orphan what I remember thinking was for a five year old kindergarten she sure is brave. But when an older child went to hit her I intervened being older I immediately felt very protective of her you know like an older brother. Aarti said thanks bhayia and from that day we became friends, I told my parents about her and ma and bauji asked the authorities in the orphanage if she could spend time with us and they allowed it."
"Yash Aaman has been my best friend but as we all get older and become adults distance develops and relationships change when he got his girl friends I kept my distance like a good friend/sister because the ladies always doubted our friendship; but when I met my first husband we three were good friends Aaman and my husband became close buddies and went to sport matches, joined a sport club together they had a lot in common. Then Aaman girlfriend Aripta came in between my husband did not like her at all. Those days I lived as a Tennent Aripta's parent house and she tried her best to seduce him away from me before we got married but he loved me and beside it was not in his nature to flirt or roam around with women just to satisfy his physical needs."
Yash asked "you loved him a lot didn't you"
"Yes I did, I still do"
"What happened to him?"
"I was fooled by devious people into thinking he died; he never had the opportunity to experience my pregnancy with me, Ansh's birth and all the first of Ansh growing years; those greedy selfish people deprived my husband, son and I of so many precious moments"
"Wait you mean he is still alive the Dubey's son is still alive! And you are married to me!"
"Yash Prashant is my second husband let me explain Prashant is also a friend of both my first husband and I. After Aaman left for his job aboard Prashant my husband and I were still friends we all lived in the same apartment complex when my husband left to tell his parents about our marriage and my pregnancy he asked Prashant to look after me. When one day passed and I heard nothing from him if he arrived safely I became worried and Prashant checked for his whereabouts for me because I was so scared and worried that the worst had happened, then he found out that my husband was in an accident I wanted to go immediately to Bhopal where his family lived but we got an official letter couriered to us that he had died and his body cremated within hours of his death by his parents that they wanted nothing to do with me that they blamed me for taking their son away from them that my child and I were bad omen a blight to their family and I was to have no contact with them in the future." Aarti was crying while relaying her story
Aaman's father "Aarti beta that would do such a despicable act to and innocent woman and her child"
"Who do you think uncle ji the persons who was the most envious of me that is who. Anyhow Prashant tried to comfort me I was so grief stricken that when he suggested that we get married I agreed and he took me to his parents' home in Indore he told them that the baby was his so they won't think bad of me; but Prashant and I were not meant for each other so we argued a lot and he would slapped and push me to vent out his fustration finally after a few months we divorced I was seven months pregnant with Ansh by then."
"Why was he so frustrated you did not force yourself on him he felt sorry for you and married you of his own free will" said Ynsh
"Prashant had abandoned his own off again on again girlfriend Neha to marry me and she made his life hell always calling him begging him to make back with her or threatening to kill herself or tell his parents the truth about me. Prashant took out his frustration on me verbally and then physically. His parents felt sorry for me and supported me. Prashant told them that he fell in love with Neha and was having an affair with her, and that he did not love or want me in his life. After the divorce I stayed in Indore with them and he returned to Delhi and married Neha. We moved to Bhopal three years ago and started a small supply business which I managed for them and I also did some extra work for small businessmen who could not pay the high prices of the larger accounting firms."
Aaman father said "Beta you went through so much why did you not try and get in contact with us"
"Uncle ji I did not want to impose myself on you. Yes I saw you all when you visited Aaman, and we have a good time together but I felt that I did not have that right to intrude in your happy life with my problems also I was not thinking straight after I got the news of my husband's death. Prashant at that time felt like a god sent, then the Dubeys were nice to me they treated me well and they showed Ansh love"
"Aarti beta I am so sorry you felt like that but beta you are like a daughter to us when we heard nothing from you in the past five years we thought that you had also moved aboard with your husband, and had lost our contact information." Said Aaman's mom
Aaman "I could kill that bi*** it is good she died, and her parents I will deal with them just wait!" he was livid He dad gestured to him to keep clam Yash is there
Yash pretended that he did not notice the exchange between father and son. The pieces were slowly coming together her story had similarities to his.
Yash had contacted his PI friend in Bhopal to investigate the matter for him, while he would do his part here in Mumbai.
They had a wonderful family day the kids had fun with their honorary grandparents. Yash saw for himself how the elders loved Aarti and they showed him equal amounts of love Aaman's mother served him his favorite dishes and treated with a familiarity of a dear one. Yash observed the girls with the elders there are similarities in their mannerism and knew what he had to do but this would be without Aarti involvement he hoped the older couple agreed but for that he would have to explain to them his suspicions.
The twins were talking and expressing themselves better now that there were an additional three loving people in their lives, Ansh or course was having fun being a naughty boy.
They had dinner out the kids so happy they chatted nonstop encouraged along but all the adults. Aarti was surprised that even Yash encouraged the twins to interact with Aaman and his Parents this confused her, how the sudden change he usually ignores the girls is he feeling insecure because of the presence of Aaman and his parents?? Or has he noticed the so blaring obvious resemblance the twins have to Aaman, and his parents, you have to be blind not to observe that maybe he is starting to remember his past our past or maybe he is putting all the conversations we have had with uncle ji these past two days. Aarti felt worried how would he react when he finally knows the truth?
That night Yash helped Ansh bath and change for bed while Aarti helped the girls he tucked in all three kids and told a story to them A surprised Aarti stood and observed she smiled to herself the girls were happy but surprise they kept looking at their papa and then their mama smiling.
Yash took Aarti's hand and lead her to their room "Go shower first you must be tired it was a long day tomorrow I have asked uncle ji and auntie ji out to lunch I want to know more about your childhood" when he saw her shocked expression he laughed "don't look so worried I actually want to discuss business with uncle ji he can help our company get a footing into the Mumbai market bauji would love that and since auntie ji has her own interior decorating company she can introduce me to her clients/ friends it will be good for the business don't you think? The kids can have fun at home tomorrow with you just mama and her cubs."
"Yes Yash ji it is a good idea I am sure uncleji and auntie ji can help you have a good one you should also talk with Aaman he can also be a very good adviser and help with your current marketing strategies."
"You have so much trust in him?"
"Aaman was my first's husband business partner they worked on many successful marketing campaigns for my husband's family business which he was managing in Delhi. It was small and he was now starting but he was very successful in his job and I was I still am very proud of him"
"Aarti he is Ansh's biological father right? You sound like you still love him>"
"I will love him till my dying day and if it is possible from beyond the grave I will still love him." She looked at Yash "I am going to shower now" there were ters in her eyes which Yash noticed
Yash thought to himself soon Aarti soon you will have your love with you always, Ansh will have his father.
