Everyone says bye and Aarthi stays back on the insistence of Shobha, and the rest of the family. Even Swamini is all about it! They all insist that they will take care of Aarthi to the best of their ability.
Shobha is taking Aarthi to her room and having her lay in bed. Shobha starts mothering Aarthi, telling her to take proper rest and not get up from the bed without asking Shobha Ma and that if Aarthi needs anything, she should call Shobha. Shobha leaves and Aarthi thinks that she stayed back to spend time with Shobha and gave fun, yet here she is being bedridden!
On the other hand, Anch is sitting fairly upset not eating any jelabis from the huge plate in front of him. When his mom asks him what's wrong and tries to feed him the ladoos, he says he's missing Aarthi and he's also upset at the fact that Shobha ma was mad at them when they left..Anch's Grand Mother advises thatAnch is correct and that Shobha was indeed mad at them for keeping Aarthi's disease from her and that Anch'sMother should try to correct this wrong from her side too.
Dr. Madhav is pacing in his office criticizing Aarthi's attitude of taking her disease lightly and thinking that he should contact Shobha. At that very moment, Shobha calls Dr. Madhav and asks about Aarthi's treatment. Dr. Madhav tells her that they should continue Aarthi's treatment with Dr. Bakshi and not change doctors as that would negatively affect Aarthi's treatment. Shobha agrees and hangs up.
Shobha goes to Aarthi's room to find her playing video games and gets mad! She tells Aarthi to rest and not play video games as they are bad for her eyes. Aarthi starts arguing about not being able to do anything and Shobha starts lecturing her about not taking care of her health and to eat her medications, etc. Aarthi starts imagining Shobha in a hitler-ish outfit giving her orders! Aarthi gets all flustered while the Hitler-Shobha keeps giving her instructions! (Very cute scene😆) Aarthi is laughing after her Hitler hallucination and Shobha tells her to stop laughing and be serious. Aarthi tells Shobha that the cancer is serious enough, there is no need for her to be serious too. Shobha gets pretty emotional and Aarthi makes her feel better with some amazing light-hearted comments. They share some more awesome cute moments. Aarthi tells Shobha that she is "ek karorronmein meri ma" .
Yash is picking DVDs and books for Aarthi to watch with him. Prateek comes and asks him what he's doing. Yash tells Prateek that he is picking entertainment for Aarthi to make sure she doesn't get bored .. Yash tells Prateek that Aarthi and him are best friends. Prateek tells him why he's still on BF and not love yet. Yash says that he's taking things step by step and letting them happen as they happen. Prateek tells him that Dubey is worried about him and Aarthi since she is going to live here. Yash tells him that Aarthi needs care, not love. And he is okay with just being a friend at the moment. Prateek praises him for being mature and leaves.
G3 comes to continue the conversation with Yash. She asks him whether the change in his decision to tell Aarthi about his love is due to her cancer and if he's second guessing his love for her now. He replies that that would never happen and he his love for her has grown since he came to know about her cancer. G3 is very happy with his answer. She too praises him for being mature!
