i sent first friend request and i canceled it and later again i send friend request.. its said not accessible

and few weeks ago phir request send kiya... and now accepted😊

sometimes it depends on the browser..i remember the first time on IE, there was no send request nor message..then when i tried on firefox, i was able to see it..
