A thought I wanted to share - PV

Punar Vivah can be a correct solution to a widow / widower if :::

- they don't have anyone of their own
- or children neglecting
- or daughter-in-laws ignoring or not concerned
- or grand children neglecting
- no more calling the shots...

...if any of these is the concern...then yes go for it...nothing wrong...BUT again..when you enjoy every happiness of the above...you still can go for PV but you have to give importance to the emotion of loss ( respect to the departed soulmate of 30 yrs ) and over a period of time to really look into the matter of need...( as the case of Yash - after 4 yrs ).

Coming to the decision of Arya...the lovable couple...am sorry to say.the decision taken was totally wrong and more so at the wrong time. If the same decision...if they had taken few months later...the suggestion would have been meaningful...a few incident here and there cannot be the decision of PV. How come they didn't respect Radha Ma's emotion - more so when she was dumped by the man who simply refused to acknowledge her ( Arti should have given a thought here ...afterall she too was dumped by prashant ) and any woman in her place will never ever agree ...here...I was very happy when Radha Ma told Arya that their decision for PV has put her in bad light.

Yash going ahead with the decision without taking his brothers into confidence was...I would say a bit arrogant. By giving him the responsibilities of the house doesn't mean...he or arya are the sole decision makers. They should equally give importance to brother's emotion afterall G3 were their Ma...their loss is not a month old yet. Yash POV...was right but again his PV took 4 years to agree to marry Arti...I understand age was on their side but here the grown up children are there who are very devoted...so his logic of argument satisfies not fully...give time and then allow things to fall in place...relationship grows and the need also grows...then PV will automatically happen without any 'brain works' from ARYA side.

A thought occurred - what after PV - if one dies suddenly- will they do another PV in the name of companionship? A beautiful concept should not become a mockery and so this question should be covered ...and that is the reason both the partners concerned should agree before taking the plunge.

Would be happy if you all share your thoughts on this concern of mine. Thank you.

How do we know few years down the line Pankaj Pratik or even Yash wont neglect SP and give him time 24/7 to fulfill all his needs ?? 🤔...Also how do we know SP really does not need a partner because from yesterday's episode it was clear that he does need a partner badly to stand strong like a leader once again without faking his happiness ..isn't it 😳

I feel we all r judging based on our own perceptions but AarYa here r judging based on SP's perception .. they hv seen SP's growing frustration and loneliness which noone else has seen in family .. And yesterday Yash also saw SP's inner hidden desire when he actually spoke in favour of Radha...

About life and death ...noone can predict it ... what if SP dies because of negligence by his own kids ?? he would hv died actually on holi day itself if Radha dint come to his rescue... isn't it 🤔

The one flaw CVs made was that the PV suggestion is coming too soon!!! If there was a 6month time where they showed SP still struggling to cope with the loss, there wouldn't be so many questions!!!

Death is unpredictable and I think Yash is afraid that SP will slowly go down that road if his loneliness is not addressed soon! SP in his aged form will deteriorate soon and Yash wants to avoid that!

Moreover, by marrying Radha there is loop closure for their 30 year old relationship and legitimacy for Yash...so works out all the way!!!!

Thanks bharathi for the response...I do feel PV is a bit too fast...won't say wait for 6 months...let it pass for say another month...that's all...loop closeure of 30 yrs ...I agree..but again Radha Ma should be the one who should agree because she was dumped by this man 30 yrs ago...apology - to be accepted or not...is entirely her decision...after alll her self respect do matters and ofcourse if she agrees ...nothing better...PV is good for both of them...dheere dheere bahut jald nahi...lets see.

dear i respect your points...but...my point is when arya has decided to make sp pv...arya had made the decision as key personnels of the family does time matter here?????.are you sure after six months or 1 year pankaj, pretik and bua going to agree for sp pv whole heartly??? their answer going to be the same doesnt matter it is 1 month or 1 year...here SM members concern is more to what society will say..they dont care about what sp feel...only arya can feel what sp feel here because both of them know the pain loosing someone you love...many of viewers just expressing their opinion base on the society they live in not base on need of the individu. will sp be alright till his punar vivah taken place...now itself sp looks so down and lonely...isnt it chances for sp to fall in sick is high if he lead such a lonely sad life for another 6 months? after he fall in sick, is it justifies for arya to talk about his pv in SM?😃

about yash not consulting is brothers in advance...what is the point of consulting them in advance?...before arya could propose to sp you can see the against and failure in their plan in advance if arya let know their plan to the brothers..arya know this very well..pankaj just know to talk..he never ever done anything that can benefit the family...preteik is still childish not mature enough to handle such a big social issue..that is the reason arya may tought the convincing part can be done later...if the brothers know their plan earlier..they will be like pillar to sp and stand strong to against sp punar vivah idea...arya here more of convincing sm members to agree to their plan..arya is not asking for opinion...they wanted the pv to take place by any crook or hook for good outcomes.. 😛

leader of a family or organization at a time need to make decision with veto power when in advance they know his plan going to be objected even the plan has many good outcome that others fail to see in the beginning...so what yash has done is correct as a leader of SM family with vice experince that he has gone through about pv in his life.
