Fabulous update. They moved to a new house in front of SM, that's so nice AarYa will be close to their family. The sonography moment is really very touchy. Happy First Anniversary to AarYa.

As per Aarti's gift I can guess, he is shocked on seeing the SM people. The SM people from their house are there in front of him wishing him Happy Anniversary. That's the valuable gift Aarti can give him. I hope my guess is right.
