No I don't think she is faking...For her only blood relations are Important

We saw during initial days of Ansh in SM...Gayatri was always partial towards Ansh as he was not Sindhiya blood and she always used to support PayalPalak bcoz both were her own granddaughters...

if she was faking as said he would not have said such scornful and hateful words to arti, arti did so much for her family at least she can remember that but no...the kindess dil is ishita...who she now knows for a few days...and by the way how come sometimes ishita walking straight has she forgotten that she is supposed to be physically challenged...we know she is drastically mentally challenged already...right now i support paridhi go girl say what is on your mind let your mother in law know that she also should have limits...
