Intially stress inverted Aarti's uterus and foetus was in danger. Ever since Aarti got pregnant she has been gping through a series of depressing events, from Ansh kidnap, yash third marriage, yash illegitimacy and god knows what. I am beggining to think her uterus with the foetus must have disappeared altogether by now and viola the reasons for no baby bump!
