It's revenge. Also, she can't bear the thought that Yash ditched her for Aarti and she can't see them in love and being happy as a couple. She will do her utmost to create problems in the family as well as between Aarya.

i would go for yash!! coz if she would be married to yash .. she will be getting all the love he gives to aarti which ishita is actually craving for

ps: even thought yash won't look at other woman other than aarti

but fir bhi if it was the case that she is in place of aarti she will get that love and also yash koun pasand nahi karta... he is just perfect.. so back of yash!! aur arya ko alag karne se uski revenge toh puri ho hi jaati hai...but for sure she want yash!! 😛
