Yes..! It is indeed going on the same way! Yash is RAM here and Kaikayi is Gayatri. Gayatri is behaving so selfishly here . Although he don't want Yash to get out of Scindhia House( May be she wants him to get out ) just to give all "DESERVING" (??) rights to her LADLA beta Aakash. The difference is only that "AAKASH IS NOT BHARAT here" . Aakash is the selfish evil man who wants to snatch everything from his brother "Yash" whereas Bharat was the one who was ready to sacrifice the raj for his brother Ram .

Absolutely agree with you. Here Yash is Ram but Aakash is Ravan instead of Bharat.

Akash is not bharat but he will be the destroyer of sm and its business with his wife mantra that is ishita and it will be the same g3 who will reognixe her mistake that it not blood or giving birth that counts but it is the inborn nature a persons get and love that counts more than anything I dont think yash will leave sm bec akash had taken this promise that yash should leave his life of 30 yrs and yash promised g3 he will keep with her promise so may be akash might even slap yash in future too
