arya divorce

many had question arya signed the divorce paper but why no explanation given by cv about the status of their marriage now. are they married or divorse? you this this is blooper nah?

Let me tell you, in india...ritual of tradisional marriages are more valued respected than official marriage registration..if the couple has completed their pehres, mangalsutra worn and sindoor placed in the forehead of the bride by the groom considered more value..i mean to say...the couple is married..then only the official registration of marriage is done..

so in arya context, if yash happen to married ishita...it means they are declared has husband and wife by society...so the divorce proceeding will go on unless ishita agrees to accept aartias sautan or yash pull back the case...but ishita officially cannot be married to yash..many marriages in india survives in this status..

whereby arya here, when sign the paper they decided to go for devorce but still they has to go court hearing atlease for 6 months...they wont have any problem to get divorce in this case because yash is married again..

thats why it is logic they show the marriage after signing the paper...as i explain, if yash married the divorce would has proceded but here he didnt, so all he has do is to pull back the case before proceeding simple...
