congratulations to gurmeet and the entire team of punar vivaah for completing 1 year today!!!

yash scindia the character has become one of my favorite factional characters in any show, movie or book ever!!! i love how the character's written and how it is being enacted by gurmeet!! one thing i liked best when the show started was that they were showing the pains of a widower... i have seen very few fictional representations of a man's pain when he loses his wife and how he needs help from his loved ones to get him out of his grief...
yash scindia's journey from a man full of life living his life happily with his family who goes into a shell because of losing his wife and then going back to the man he was before with the help of his second wife has been beautifully written and portrayed by gurmeet!!

i must say i'm very very impressed by gurmeet's choice of roles...
first he did a mythological show... people expected him to be sloted in those kind of shows forever... so he does a reality show to break that image and show the viewers who 'gurmeet' is...
but then he broke his own image by playing a strong larger than life character in a mills and boon kind of love story... a character which had absolutely no traces of his real self!!!
and then when people were quite sure he could never break that image he does punar vivaah and plays a character so different and with so many different shades!! along with that he does JDJ and explored himself even more as an artist...

every show and every role of his has helped him grow as an actor as well as help him grow in popularity both amongst the viewers as well as in the industry...

every show of his has targeted a different section of the audience... how many young actors can boast of having such a wide range of fans!!

i'm really proud to be his fan... he's not only very talented and hard working... but also such a lovely human being!!

i hope he gets to fulfill all his dreams!!
