How do u no dubey is culprit? where have they shown dubey as culprit.

in background(reporter) they say" ansh ka kidnaper koi aur nahi prashant ke pappa hai."and they show scene flash at that time dubey joining his hand and asking to forgive him.voice in background(reporter) again says"yash ne unhe maaf bhi kar diya .kidnaper ko maffi bhi mil gayi".
