According to the spoiler,it is not yash but aakash who is marrying the girl. How whenwherw?? We don't know.. Who is doing this we also don't know?? What if the new entrant plans and takes revenge from aarya for spoiling her life??
I have a strong feeling that cvs are going to make her character negative in this way

Probably the deal went sour between Aakash and Mr Scindia and as a consequence he decided to avenge him by conspiring with Yash secretly to marry the woman instead. OR Since Suraj abandoned him as a kid, he decided to seek revenge against his father first by extorting money from him then making his life miserable by foiling his plans to unite him and his favourite son, Yash, subsequently leading to the separation of his current wife Gayatri and the rest of the family circle.
