I think Yash and Aakash are working together. Yash found him in the clinic and found out Aaksh is the kidnapper but he does not know the person he is working for. He only knows that someone is an inside family member. Probably both of them came up with a plan. When Yash talked about fake marriage and most of them got angry and left it looked like he was just waiting for that phone call and knew the caller.(I could be very wrong about this).
I think the person responsible could not wait to deal with this by phone and directly approached Aakash and started directing the phone call. Now Aakash knows who it is and Yash picked up the clue form his phone call.
