It appears that
Anonee along with the others has joined hands with Yashlock Holmes as evidenced by her meticulous points and treatment of data. Meena, you have made great points. I also like your observation about the lack of maternal instinct of the aptly named Boa. After all, the snake (boa) devours its own eggs.
Katy I too feel that Ansh might escape on his own. In fact, if he managed not only to escape on his own, but see/hear either SP and/or the kidnapper giving instructions, while being hidden or pretending to be asleep, that would be wonderful also, as he would be helping his Papa to apprehend the culprits.
As many of you have said, we do not know what transpired in the clinic, but the whole episode today has heightened the suspense, pointing towards numerous possibilities:
1. If Yash and Akash had a conversation in the clinic and hatched a plan to trap SP, then why did Yash look so surprised seeing the ketchup (errm...blood) trail in the precap?
2. If Akash went to the hospital to have his wound attended to and dressed just that morning, how come it started to bleed shortly after? Of course we already have the answer to that. How can we forget that the police traced Akash to the same Bhopal City Hospital, where the doctors had taken leave of all medical knowledge with regard to Prashant's BMT. Any wound they dress would certainly require redress (pun intended).
3. If Yash is playing a game of Punar Viyog to bait the kid-nabbers, then why did he not take his beloved Aratiji into confidence?
4. The remarriage claws (pun intended) of the kidnapper has had me scratching the head. What is the purpose of getting Yash remarried within a week? If SP is behind this, is this condition supposed to make things difficult for Yash and Arati to be together again? Or is there another, yet-to-be-revelead, and more sinister, agendum, with the kidnapper blackmailing SP, and and stating the condition that the intended bride-to-be should be made the sole heiress of the Scindhia fortune? On this note, will there be a new entry in Punar Viyog (I mean Punar Vivah) in the form of the "bride," or will things get resolved before this condition sees the light of another day?
5. Is Akash aware that he is the fruit of SP's and his mother's long ago uss raat liaison? Or is he just some random kidnapper with a rustic veneer hired by either SP or someone in SM, who will discover his antecedents while on the job? I hope it is the latter, because that can be an interesting sub-plot.
Points 6 and 7 have nothing to do with sleuthing, but have been listed just for fun:
6. Did the costume department have no time to steam-iron Gayatri's sari today? It looked so crumpled and wrinkled.
7. Where was Dubey in today's episode? Did he go to bring Payal back from school? If Payal went to school, why did Palak stay back?
