Yeah but Saffi I just commented few hours back, so how come it allowed me to comment again ? 😕

Twice on each or twice on each combined? As earlier it gave me the message that after commenting on both their profiles, I can't comment again for the next 24 hours.

Yeah because you attempted to comment three times in that time period! 😛

You can comment once, then you can comment again anytime after an hour I believe. Then you must wait for 24 hours to comment again!
