How Many of you think Mr. Dubey is to be blamed for whatever

happening in Punar Vivaah? After all he is the one who brought Prashant

back in the first place??

100 percent blame on Mr Dubey senior. He sought to cheat the Scindhias in order to get Arthi married to Yash despite opposition from wife Shobha and DIL Arthi.

So you can see from where Prashant got his crooked genes from.

But nonetheless Bless mr Dubey if not for him Yash and Arthi would not have moved on in their personal love life. Some good did come out of that trickery - perhaps because it was done out of love for Arthi.
