Jac...thank you so very much for all the efforts you took to give me a detailed feedback after each part, for being part of Sparshso intensely, for encouraging me all the time, and, above all, for just being there for me and understanding the words I penned. Sparsh is nothing without the loving sparsh of everyone here...just as a creation and its creator are never above the eyes of a beholder...the latter being the holder of its fate. If I have to be really abstract, I'd say that just as the orphan Mishti finally finds a home...in Yash's heart and life...Sparsh found a home in everyone's heart here simply because you all had the loving hearts to adopt it. That's why this shall remain in my heart as "our Sparsh."🤗

Sheema, there's never a formula or a written commandment how and when and why two people fall in love. It's a moment that could happen any time...maybe before marriage, maybe after. It may not involve physical touch for a long long time. You know, my neighbor's daughter is all of 19...and somehow we have become great friends in the last few months that they moved in. One day she came and asked me, "Indu di...I have a problem. I have no boyfriend yet and I have never been kissed so far. My friends think I am some sort of a freak...The fact is I don't want to get into a relationship just for the heck of it...and I feel kissing is the most intimate act of a relationship...so I have never let anyone come that close. Do you think I am wrong? "...I said, "You answered your own questions. You have those thoughts only means your heart is in the right place...and when the right person comes along, your heart will automatically respond. Just because you are a certain age and just because there's a prevalent peer norm that you don't want to follow doesn't make you a freak." That's just it...one should follow one's heart and one's convictions. Yash and Mishti just followed their hearts. Even when they were separated by "death" they didn't get into any other relationship, only because their hearts didn't reciprocate to anyone else. However, look at Yash and Aarti of PV...they had closeted their hearts against love because of their rigid beliefs that love can only happen once, but ultimately they were proven wrong when their own hearts responded to the other. Love simply has no parameters.

You have always been profuse with your compliments and I have never found enough words to thank you. You are a young girl...harboring many dreams of a Prince Charming...I am so glad that the mushy romantic in you still lives in this day and age of blatant physicality in name of love. That was another revelation for me while writing Sparsh...the majority of readers here were young girls and that fact satisfied the romantic in me that the sweetness of romance hasn't gone from our lives.
