hey friend make sure you have the pic in your system saved

then upload the pic in here

or any other image hosting site

click computer it will open u r browsing window select the pic u wanted to post

click upload

the image with so many links will appear

check this

from ther select the code from

BBCode (message boards & forums)

and paste it here to get an pic ...
