Big stars entering awards race

The BIG Star Entertainment Awards by Reliance Broadcast Network Limited is in its third year. With the event taking place on Sunday at the Andheri Sports Complex, it will be telecast on Star Plus on December 31.
The most deserving entertainers and achievers across 27 categories, including film, television, music, dance and sports will be honoured at the ceremony.
While the film awards have categories ranging from the Most Entertaining Social Film to the Most Romantic Actor, the categories for the other awards are just as diverse. The awards will bring together some of the biggest names from the entertainment and sports industry.
The nominees this year include Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Hrithik Roshan, Katrina Kaif, Priyanka Chopra, Kareena Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Vidya Balan, Shreya Ghoshal, Sunidhi Chauhan, Atif Aslam, Mika Singh, Vishal-Shekhar, Pritam, Sania Mirza, Saina Nehwal, Ram Kapoor, Shivaji Satam, Gurmeet Choudhary and Pratyusha Banerjee among others.
