Yash and Aarti missing from their house
Pankaj asks for Yash and Aarti and Suraj assures Gayatri that nothing bad can happen as court's verdict is not out yet and they can always appeal to Supreme Court. Buaji comes and informs that Yash and Aarti are not in their room and informs that they have left for Mumbai without telling anyone.
Yash and Aarti go to Mumbai to meet producer's wife
Yash and Aarti reach Karan Mehta's house in Mumbai and request to see Kirti, his wife. The watchman refuses and tells them that she is not at home. Aarti's intuition tells her that she may be home but don't want to see them.
She hatches up a plan to trick the watchman and leaves a note trail leading out of the gate. Watchman follows it and as soon as he turns, Yash and Aarti sneak into the house.
Kirti is right there in her garden and on seeing the duo she makes noise. Yash and Aarti try reasoning with her, and plead to her to be a witness in Pari's case. She sternly refuses and orders them to go. Aarti then begs her for her family's reputation and Pari's life but Kirti calls watchman to show them out.
Pari acquitted of murder due to lack of evidence
The opponent lawyer is howling at Pari for murdering Karan Mehta. Pankaj pleads not guilty by bringing the dark side out of the producer and calls him womaniser who played with innocent girls. Judge asks Pankaj to prove it to which Pankaj is tongue tied. Judge announces that Pari is guilty and should sentence seven years imprisonment.
Kirti comes to witness Pari's innocence
Just then Aarti and Yash enter courtroom with Kirti Mehta surprising everyone! Kirti speaks for herself and says she wants to say something that can prove Pari's innocence in the case and that may change the court's decision.
Kirti stands in witness box and reveals that when Pari hit Karan with vase she was there only. But she refrained from getting him medical help as he would have spoiled some other girl's life if not Pari's.
