Remember lakhan from Mumbai. After reading @ilovepyaar's post two thoughts came into my mind

What if lakhan is the killer? I mean he is Yash's enemy and wants to harm him in any way. The CVs just left his character hanging in loop in Mumbai? I mean somebody is the killer so why not lakhan?

Second what if in Mumbai, lakhan tries to take revenge from Yash once again? And in that case harms Aarti in some way. After seeing Aarti in bad condition Yash will get scared of losing her. Maybe that time Yash will pour his feelings to Aarti and confess his love from the bottom of his heart

Great thoughts! The CVs could go any route! If they have Yash confess his love when he feels like he's going to lose Aarti, then it would be a loop closure, because she technically confessed for the first time when she thought she was going to lose him!
