Character Appraisal - Aarti

Hey, this is a review of Aarti's character. Please list 3 things that you feel are her strengths and 3 things that are her weaknesses (i.e. things that she can improve on) as a person! Haha...

Strengths:

(1) Task oriented - when asked to do something, she will set deadlines and focus on getting that done.(e.g, .Palak's Bday, Winning Yash's love and Palak's speech)

(2) Appreciative - when Yash saved her son, she was very grateful to him! She is also very indebted to Dubeys for accepting her as their daughter and being with her through her ordeal. She does not forget people's kindness easily.

(3) Resourceful – I think she is resourceful when it comes to others problems – i.e. Neelam and Paridhi – she ended up outshining Yash with her ideas...But obviously not when it comes to her OWN issues...Let's not go there!

Weaknesses:

1. Easily influence – She is too easily influenced especially by the people around her and this is very evident when she decided to allow Ansh to go through the BMT without consulting Yash at Shoba's insistence. This is also the case when she decided to get married when convinced by the Dubeys that this is for Ansh's happiness...

2. Obsessive – She is someone who tends to get consumed about certain things/someone and her world will only revolve around that thing/person during that period...In the initial stage, we can see how she is too obsessed with Ansh and then when she falls in love, with changing Yash (or getting his old self back) and then with the fact that she wants Palak and Payal to accept her...then her newborn baby! There is no in between...

3. Not Open and Honest – She needs to be more honest and open in her communication especially to Yash...I still cant get over the fact that she did not tell Yash that Bua swapped the paper for Palak's speech! And now she knows the truth is catching up with her, yet she has not told Yash that she is a divorcee...

I bet there are so many other stuffs abt Aarti that you all can think of...please share!

I do agree with her initial obsession with Ansh but I guess she was just too worried coz at the end of the day she was afraid that the Schindia's wouldn't accept ansh as their own and they didn't coz gayatri locked ansh in the room.. would she have done that to palak and payal?? so i guess she was just concerned but when it comes to palak, payal and ansh, she's not obsessed. she just wants to be accepted. when you really care for someone, i'm sure you want them to like you and get involved in their lives..so that was what aarti did/doing... she just wants their acceptance.

Hey I accept your views! I just feel that she gets a little fixated with certain people/things that she pays too much attention to it...But I get what you are saying on why she is behaving in a certain manner! 😉
