I do not think it will happen because Yash has got over the grief of losing Arpita. She is a closed chapter in his life now.

tabeer did sbs say that yash will sacrifice his love?
i don't think so, he is already in love with aarti so he wont go back in old memories , he will be heartbroken initially when he comes to know about the truth (divorce and BMT) but he will realize soon that he can't stay without aarti and will stand by her i think
i don't want any separation ,MU ,sacrificing track, hope cvs don't bring this out
