That day when he went to hospital to have a word with the doc for Arti ji's monthly check-up, he again found that person who helped him setting up first date with Aarti ji. He looked quite ill and was heading for the cancer ward. And a little enquiry session with the doctor, he found that the person is Prashant Dubey and was suffering from acute blood cancer. The news saddened him enough and so he had not thought anything further.
But later this evening, the surname dubey stroke him. May be he is Aarti ji's relative i.e. her dead husband's relative. And that's why he knew well about Aarti ji. Yes that falls in the place and he was somehow relieved however he wanted to help Prashant as he considered him as his friend.
But the relief was for very short time. He never was interested in Aartiji's past and that's why he dint even remember her dead husband's name. But it seems that destiny was hell bent on making him remember. So one call on Aarti ji's cell, which she told him to receive as she was in washroom, was the turning point. That call was from Aarti ji's Mumbai friend who thought Ansh was telling her about Prashant and she also asked Aarti about Prashant and he then told her that they got remarried. So Prashant was aarti ji's husband and he was not dead.
Once again he was betrayed but before accusing anyone he tried to make sure if he was right. And for that also, he did nothing, again he caught up with Shobha ma and babuji with Prashant and they were referring him as beta.
Babuji, Shobha ma and above all Aarti ji , everybody betrayed him. He dint know the reason behind this and dint want to know. But he wanted Aarti ji to tell him the truth. He decided that he will not be angry on Aarti ji. Once she told him the truth he will just forgive her . Because at this stage of his life, he cant lose Aarti ji, he cant see his angels again without mother and moreover he cant live without Ansh and Aarti ji n not to forget their unborn child.
So for the first time After Arpita's death, Yash Scindhiya was scared . He was scared what if hi Aarti ji wanted to go back to her previous husband, what if she still had feelings for Prashant , what if Ansh would prefer his real papa over him. But he could not be selfish. That's why he told Aarti ji again and again on Karva Chauth night to tell him everything in his own way. But she was silent and he was unable to understand what was stopping her inspite him giving full support to her.
So he was scared. Very scared of what destiny has in store for him.
