neither. obviously not like shobha but also not like dubeyji
i know many will disagree but dubeyji respects and loves shobha and trusts that bond of marriage. even when he wanted to tell aarti about prashant, he stopped when shobha discretly told him not to by foldng her hands. he understood her and stood by her decision even when he disagreed. he is selfish about his son- yes. but in this situation i can almost forgive him for that.
but prashant is not like dubeyji. selfish and self-centered. he's drawn towards ansh right now only because he's at death's doorsteps

You can apply the saying here. " Like father like son", Both a selfish, Mr Dubey is just not thinking right. He is willing to sacrifice all Aarti and Ansh happiness for Prashant, And Prashant says that he has changed but why is he keeping quiet when Mr. Dubey is insisting for Ansh bone narrow. Doesn't he knows that is really going to hurt him. A true father only gives but don't take like Yash !!

I think Prashant is more like his father than mother. He is not a carbon copy of his father but I can see a resemblence.
