it is mostly celebrated in northen, western and central part of india.

sometimes, even unmarried women keep this fast for their finances or desired husband .

Thank you so much 4 the detailed info. Wow! North people has so many festivals. Most probably every month one. Since i live in Malaysia i dont really know about them .Moreover i am an indian born.

we don't celebrate karva chauth as i am from kolkata , india.

but seen many friends and their mother doing it .

the women deck up like a bride .

they get new set of clothes and jewelry

their husband break their fast by offering them water and sweet after seeing the moon and after their husband face .

hope i didn't bore you with lot of information 😕😆
