Yash must surely know what is wrong - forget the pregnancy, the way he behaved with her, did he expect her to forget everything and come running to him and act like nothing happened...

Iam surprised that they are showing as though Yash is not sure what is wrong etc...

yash knows very well what he has told her.
but inspite of him shoving arati away , she has always tried to justify her point .
she conveyed her love to him directly and also supported him to fight the match for his guilt.
he is confused as arati drastically changed her attitude towards him after the fight .
i feel somewhere in the line , he too knows the reason but unable to confront her as he is ashamed of himself for creating the whole mess .
it is high time for yash to leave his selfish ego and try to understand arati as a individual .
