Yash has not till came to the acceptance that he loves Arati, so if he brings her back home, it will be towards the responsibility to the children.By this they are showing contrast between Prashant and Yash also, when Prashant was the one who loved Arati, he turned his back towards the responsibility of his child, but even though Yash is not saying or accepting his love for Arati he is ready to take his responsibility.It will look out of character also, if Yash will just accept his love for Arati because she is pregnant with his child, but this pregnancy will bring them closer emotionally and will lead to yash's realisation that he loves Arati.
