I have nothing to add, you wrote everything that was in my mind.

Yes, Yash must have thought that her jovial mood and playfulness is only for him because somewhere deep inside he thought that she has some feelings for him. But then may be he saw her the same way with Aman and brought to the reality that No, Arati is like this to all and not only to him.

Like you said, mostly Aman would have been flirting with her even at 3 am in the morning, but would Yash know what relation Aman and Arati share?

U have taken the words out of my mouth...I've been thinking the same thing!! Yash feels he has betrayed arpitas memory as well as himself by allowing Aarti into his heart!
