Is Yash taking a queue from Suraj's (from DABH) handbook and trying to purposely get Aarti to hate him. Maybe nothing really did happen but Yash saw the diary and realizes that Aarti is in love and doesn't want to get swallowed by his temptation to love her back so is trying to do whatever it takes to make her fall OUT of love??

If this is just his anger on himself though...why would he stop mid-sentence when he was saying to Aarti "you know what you did". And the way he treated Neelam..a stranger...shows how a generally good guy he is and how big his heart is. So someone like that can't possibly be this cruel to someone he considers as family. Somethings off. Doesn't all add up.
