Yes, the speech were discussed by Aarti for Palak, and Yash for Ansh, during their rehearsals.

But the moment they went on stage, sometimes it happens, even in real life, that some of the speech might be change and added, based on what they feel..

Like for Ansh, he added about sharing his secret, when her mom secretly keeps looking to his handsome papa 😆. And I guess the last part too where he prayed to GOD for giving a father to those kid who don't have.
And as for Palak, it is very clear that the middle part of her speech is kinda impromptu, maybe bcoz she just realized her love to Aarti in the last minute before she gave her speech.

Maybe that's the reason why both Aarti and Yash became emotional and surprised, coz they didn't expect the changes/ additions of both kids to the original speech they have prepared..

And remember what the teacher have said, the children will speak on the topic of their choice, to help them speak their mind.
