I think in order to get people to Max out their comments is by commenting in the Articles saying "Guys MAX OUT!"

And not just one member but everyone here must continue ranting the same thing on the articles so if someone views the Article for the first time they'll know they need to Max out their 3 Comments...

We Just managed to get 500 Comments on GC's Khake Article and look at the amount of Votes for that article - 3 Comments from everyone could have taken the total up to 1000+
