GRP Ratings for Week #33 - Zee TV TOPS THE CHART 👏

Zee TV - 283 (247)
Star Plus - 255 (Last week 270)
Colors - 238 (217)
Sony - 214 (225)
Life OK - 134 (129)
SAB TV - 133 (128)

What an incredible, incredible, incredible jump for Zee TV! It has got a rock solid weekend line up now and the daily soaps are also holding steady so this is quiet an accomplishment! Star Plus saw a drastic drop and was dethroned from the #1 position for the first time this year! Sony also saw a decrease while Colors, Like OK and SAB TV all increased a little!

Its nice to see that there is no fall in TRP..Its Constant...So We Havent Loose the Viewers and We Haven't got New Viewers also...slowly Rise in TRP may be Happen...But I Wonder how it Could be the Next week TRP becoz Now this Track is Dragging Little bit...and Most of the Old Viewers are not watching the Episodes..They are just reading the updates here and Watching repeat Telecast if the Episode found to be good only...So May be Next Week We May see Fall in TRP..But
I dont Want it...At least Maintain 2.6 that Will be Good...Lets Hope So...😕

Anyway Thursday episode May Drag All the Viewers to hook to PV at 10:30 to know the Truth...But If CVs drag it means We Will definitely Loose the Viewers for Next Week ...😕

Top 10 daily soaps of Week #33 are:

1. DABH - 5.6
2. BV - 4.4
3. YRKKH & SSK - 3.8
4. BALH - 3.7
5. EHMMBH - 3.4
6. TMKOC - 3.3
7. SNS - 3.2
8. PR - 2.9
9. IPKKND - 2.7
10. PV & MD - 2.6

PV is tied with Mahadev at the 10th position! Not bad considering most of the top SP shows and BV/SSK saw quiet an increase in their numbers!

I am happy for Ramayan, Zee and DD national. I applaud Sagar productions for making Ramayan again and also for its telecast on DD national.
Finally Zee on top, yess! Wish Zee stay here for upcoming weeks too as Ramayan will be alaways there.

And relieved that PV TRPs didnt go down bcoz of Yash's drama, maybe viewers are OK that atleast Yash is showing some reaction.

Well good to see trps r consistent .. I was a little worried to b honest since last week sudden anger of Yash was scary and we hv seen in past that negativity does not really work for our show .. so thank god we r consistent 😆

I feel Viewers r patiently waiting to know the reason behind his anger .. so if thursday the reason is out ,I guess trps will show a rise from thursday onwards .. but again scare is about overall avg since Mon and Tues both had fillers ... so next week will b a bit dicey for sure ...🤔...

Anyways coming to good points , finally Zee tv is no.1..congrats to all 😃...Also Zee tv daily soaps most of them showed a fall , so good to see at least PV is consistent there ... and we r still in top 10 ..pheww 😆...

GEC Watch: Riding on DID Little Masters, Zee TV edges out Star Plus to become No. 1

Two consecutive jumps of 36 GRPs helped the channel overtake Star Plus in Week 33 of TAM; the grand finale of DID Little Masters fetched 8.0 TVR

Sometimes all it takes is one show to click well to change the fortunes of a channel. What KBC did for Sony Entertainment Television last year, DID Little Masters has done for Zee TV this year. With a record 8.0 TVR, the grand finale of DID Little Masters propelled the channel to the No. 1 position after many years in Week 33 of TAM 2012. The channel added 36 GRPs in two consecutive weeks.

According to data sourced from TAM subscribers for Week 33 (August 12 – Aug 18), Star Plus has slipped to No. 2 while Colors has overtaken Sony to become No. 3. Life OK touched the 135-mark this week.

Zee TV, with two consecutive jumps of 36 GRPs backed by DID Little Masters, has been able to acquire the No. 1 position among Hindi GECs. The grand finale of DID Little Masters touched a record high of 8.0 TVR. Zee TV has fetched 283 GRPs this week (last week 247).

Star Plus slipped to No. 2 with a loss of 15 GRPs this week. The channel has recorded 255 GRPs (last week 270).

Backed by fiction and non-fiction shows, Colors has taken the No. 3 slot with 238 GRPs (last week 217).

Sony Entertainment Television has slipped to No. 4 this week recording 214 GRPs this week (last week 225).

Life OK continues to be at No. 5 with some more GRPs accretion this week. The channel has recorded 135 GRPs (last week 129).

SAB TV remains at No. 6 with 133 GRPs against last week's 128 GRPs.

Sahara One has fetched 35 GRPs (last week 33).

But last weekend we didnt have the DID finale we had the Gold Awards presentation on Saturday guess theres something wrong with that, lets wait for the IF ka ratings list.

i think they showed the grand finale again on sunday... not sure...

but i'm happy for zee tv... they could dethrone star plus even if it's for just one week... but they are riding on their weekend shows... amongst dailies only PR and PV are doing well... and the other shows keep going up and down...

i hope PV TRPs remains steady or goes up next week... they shouldn't drag this track any longer...
