This is going to be my first ff on PV forum. Please do comment.
I will begin with Aarya and introduce other characters in between.
Part-1
Aarti...Aarti ...Aarti Where are you beta?
Mrs Deshpande was searching for her daughter. They had to attend a wedding and there was no trace of Aarti. She had asked her to get ready but she knew her daughter too well and believed it was necessary to keep an eye on her.
Aarti was happily reading a romantic novel. She had a huge collection of them - Aarti lived on the planet of love...love was life to her---she dreamt of loving and being loved in return.
Aarti longed to meet her soulmate---she often wondered what would he be like. Would he be sweet and caring like the heroes of romantic novels??? Will it be love at first sight ??? Will he be head over heels in love with her.
A slight shake and a loud voice made Aarti come back to reality. Her mom ordered her to keep the novel aside and get ready to attend her second cousin's wedding...
"Aarti you better behave yourself there. Don't show your eccentric behaviour in the wedding hall too. You are of marriageable age and I don't want you to make a wrong impression on our relatives. "
Aarti nodded her head and started to get ready. Suddenly she called her mom and said-"you know what ma ? papa has promised me that he won't get me married this early----and that the final decision would rest with me".she closed the door and chuckled while her mother started cursing her karma for having a foolish husband and a stubborn daughter.
