i can understand Arpitha's mother asking her if she cud cal her arpitha or saying u are now my arpitha...but changing the name..😡😡😡
now i am glad the dubeys have their own secret

Yes, i agree with you, if they consider her as daughter that is fine.

I am not understanding what they will get by changing her name permanently, as she is not going to stay with them right?, so that they can call her every day Arpita😡

Customs and rituals are different for men and women in our country. In so many regions, the name of the girl is changed after marriage, in many regions , the sister of a dead woman is supposed to marry her brother-in-law. Likewise, the creatives have either originally picked a custom or improvised on one of giving the dead wife's name to the second one. You get drama and conflict out of it and that works in the favour of the show and future turning points.

Irrespective of what Aarti is named, she will stay AARTI for Yash. Arpita's mother is still a grieving mother and her reaction is fanatically emotional. Its the kind of foolishness you feel bad for , not get angry. Maybe critical. Just my opinion.

what type of rivaz is this?

seriously...u chang the name its fine, give her Arpita..thats was ok..but give 1st wife name as Rivaz & change Aartis identity only...thats not fair..

even my name was changed after marriage as a custom ...but still all in my inlaws call me with my paternal name only including hubby...

i could not agree with Prateek, when he said its Rivaz ..it happens frm earlier, 1st wife name is given to 2nd...wans't that Yash dad told that in society we r the 1st who will do punar vivah...then how cum like this they r saying rivaaz..

Arpita 's mom calling Aarti as Arpita, was ok...but giving her the name henceforth is not done...& y does Gayatri says again & again, that Aarti is taking Arpitas place...thats nothing like that..

& precap is more horrible...Arpitas mom gives Yash her kasam to do that...

now how Yash & Aarti will accept it..have to c..i want Aarti to talk to Yash regarding this matter, as its the qts of Aartis identity...

1 thing Aarti & Yash hav in common is both hate lies

Agree with u guys... His name must be changed to Prashant...

Then we can think abt what to call the Jodi?? Guess AarYa wont wok anymore...There are many possibilities now... We have to fight to get our own favourites... Like ArPra or PraPitha or ArShant or PithaPra...😉...Oh there are sooo many guys..What I am gonna do now..😲

Now I am thinking of a future track too... One day when they run out of stories, they can come up with a story that real Aarpita is not dead... It would be so fasinating to watch if they come up with a twist that Prasanth no1 cheated on Arpita no2 with Arpita no1...
Then we crazy fans can start doing 2 different VMs all the time.. One for real Prasanth-Arpita and another for renamed Prasanth-Arpita...
Anything is possible now..😕😕

Am i going nuts?? Dont know.. But this is killing me.. I was not expecting such melodrama this early...
