promos and show

Hi just wondering the connection between promos and the actual show...we have already seen many promos of yash and arti, marrying, after marriage, bathroom scene etc. but the wedding has not happened yet...will it happen at all...the rate at which it is going now...also i thought promos are usually what is going to happen in the near future...
