LOL I cant agree more on this. No matter how illogical her shows were she has given some real gems to Tv
ram kapoor, ronit roy,hiten, harshad chopra, sushant singh , rajeevkhandelwal to name a few. Sometimes I wonder if she has some inner shakti with whic she can foresight that how talented some newcomer is. I mean an actor debuts in his show n Boom he is a star

The only time Ekta confused was in Kavyanjali ending. Anjali was to marry Shaurya but ended up with Soham (Kavya's lookalike) which was ok but confusing part was Anjali saying " This was our story " on last ever scene 😕 was actually KavyAnjali's story hahaha but CV's and Ekta probably forgot Eijaz was actually playing Soham at end and not Kavya 😆

Well, I would disagree that kekta never created confusion.. She ended up making kzk, kausauti audiance ki, I was always soo confused about who is married to whom there? and besides Bajaj-Prerna-Anurag triangle was invincible... Lol.. she ended up killing prerna-anurag to unite them..!😆 Thank god that crap never repeated for her other shows..! but yes..
Kayamath was another good example of trp confusions: neev-prachi-milind, it was always suppose to be neev-prachi.. but then ended up being milind-prachi..
and Some other show.. Chand badal chupa ... grrr.. or something like that.. original sweet jodee was destroyed...
And there was some other shows of her... Rakht Sambandh or something on sony... Where Kritika's sister was to be paired with the lead, and all of sudden they changed track and focused on Kritika falling for lead and each other!

Gosh! It is not false, trps can play wonders! and secondly .. I never realized I am aware of so many kekta show..
Only Jodee of Kekta I used to like was of typical bahus ranis, from KGGK, of parvati-om.. dunno.. it was nothing sooo great.. but their simplicity was something that attracted me to it...

Bdw that reminds me Srishty tweeted dat On the 7th day also they r shooting in bridal outfits. Gosh pata nahi abhi aur kitna drama hoga. But I hope no more sharabi/alcohol/talli drama, I have had that enough in this show :/

To the extent, I remember, Naitik and Akshara were wearing dried garland in their wedding... 😆😆😆😆.. Their garlands are atlleast fresh..! and Yeh rishta created bloopers by swtiching to garlands, in one scene, it was fresh and other, it was dry.. How annoying was that..!😳😳😳

Not to forget marriage of Kunal and Nimmo, shorter than Yeh Rishta, but definately longer other wise (Kya hoga nimmo ka)
Shortest wedding: Veer-Icha, Ovi-Arjun, Bharati-Aniket (Sanskaar)... Direct haar aur mangalsutra mein hi entry... direct for blessings, hence I love ghar se Bhaag Kar shadi..

This is a good post and has engendered some nice discussions. Before I throw in my own opinions, I too think that the possibility of Sarita being pregnant is quite high. If this happens, I predict that Raj will think that the child is Vikrant's and hate Sarita even more. Let us wait and see if our assumptions are correct. Here are a few of my thoughts:


I am a faithful viewer of this show right from the start. I have given the CVs a long rope and the plot a great deal of leeway. Today's episode tried my patience and for the first time I felt like not wanting to continue watching the show. I am not referring to the VISA marriage, I am referring to the precap. Here are the things that make no sense whatsoever:

1. Why bring in Vandana and Kajal now? This is the most contrived step that the CVs have ever taken. If they liked Rohan & co that much, it would have been logical to have Sarita's PV done with Rohan himself, so that Vandana and Kajri could have been part of Sarita's torture team.

2. Vikrant is shown to be highly independent, temperamental, and is shown to live alone in this great mansion. Vikrant was also shown to have cut off all relations with his mother in law after his wife's death due to him not getting along with her. The reason why Vik wants to do PV is so that there is someone to take care of his son. Now all of a sudden, his dead wife's mother, brother, and brother's wife decide to move into his house and live with him. Strange as that is, what were they doing all these years? Why did they not move in earlier and take care of little Abhi. Perhaps had they done so, Abhi would have been less lonely and desperate for a mother.

3. Where is Vandana's husband. How come he was not at the wedding, and has made no appearance at all with Vandana's reentry?

4. Yesterday Raj was starting to trust Sarita and understand that there must have been some majburi forcing Sarita to agree for PV with Vik. Today he flip-flopped again, and was shown to be bitter towards her. This too makes no sense. Could he not have put 2+2 together when he saw Sheela return all of a sudden, that too after the wedding? Why no one asked her about the circumstances of her return, including Sheela's sisters and Dadiji?

5. Why show Sarita's life filled with circumstances replete with bitterness, revenge, and sadness? I was hoping that after the new marriage Sarita would have the whole house and the time to herself to contemplate on her own life and the viewers could see her growth as a person, as a character. I thought that we would get to see her conflict between her feelings for Raj and duties towards Vikrant. I did not think that Sarita would fall in love with Vikrant, but I thought that perhaps they would grow to be friends and beneficiaries of each other. But now, I am really disappointed that there is going to be more of the same in Sarita's life. Previously, Sarita had inimical inlaws and an indifferent husband. Except for Dadiji and Sheela, no one bothered to even talk to her. Now again Sarita will be in a similar situation, with Rohan's mother, wife, and who knows? Rohan himself? These people are getting ready to torture her and take revenge for their foiled plans to abduct Sheela. Like before, perhaps only Abhi will be on Sarita's side --and he is powerless to help as he is still a small boy.

6. Thus far, Sarita has been shown to be a masochist. I am not sure that she even knows what love is, accustomed as she has been, from a young age, to verbal and emotional abuse. Some people in the forum expressed that her kanyadan request speech to her in-laws was over the top. I tend to agree. I think that Sarita thinks that wherever there is conflict, neglect, and mistreatment, there is love. Unfortunately, she will get more of the same in the newly populated Vikrant's house. Perhaps this is why she refuses to run away with Raj as per the spoiler article??
