oh dear,it happens to evryone,just do not try to post for few seconds or a min & then again post,it happens to me all day long,don't wry :)

as much as want😛 it is just a warning that u shld not spam :P bt there is no limit for senior member u can post all day if u want,just when they saw spamming error just wait a bit :)
