that qoute is very interesting, because ironically it becomes true also! and yes there is a certain amount of pride that goes with this quote, because his death made him immortal!

Dailogue was powerful and what he said became true also. I dont think it means that he do not believe in God, but he has trust in God and in himself that no one can harm him at that moment.
