I dont think it was made by Someshwar. It was made in dedication to Bhagavan Someshwar aka Shiva.

The temple has been destroyed six times and rebuilt each time. You guys will find it interesting to know that after it was destroyed the third time by Mahmud Ghazni, Bhimdev had the temple rebuilt for the fourth time.

its an architect of solanki period and so bhimdev built it
