Hi suchasa & mansi.......I don't know exactly which history books are u following😕…….please go through some book on the history of ancient India & medieval India…….In our state we have to study the history of India from Indus valley civilization to independent India……..there I read about prithviraj chouhan……..if u ask me the name of the books I really cant help as I left school almost 10 years back (old me😡)……but regarding history I think book is more authentic than internet……but yes its true that PRC's glory is been overshadowed by his single mistake…….actually history remembers people for the impact of their deed on future……..unfortunately in case of PRC the impact was too strong…….with his downfall the hindu empire was abolished…….the glorious phase of ancient India was ended with him……& as u both have found the fact that muslim rulers are not honest & loyal as the hindu rulers of India were……they never followed the values & principles that our hindu rulers had …….I don't know much about the truth of tajmahal…….but muslim rulers destroyed all the precious books & documents of ancient hindu dynasties……. ancient Indian astronomy & vedic mathematics was too advanced at that time😛……..those muslim rulers tried demolish every important document that contained the glory & praise of the previous hindu rulers so that people just remember only what they had done😡……..if u go through the books on medieval India u will find how brutal those muslim invader were to the common hindu Indians😡……hindu women are tortured terribly at that time😭…….may be for all this effects PRC's glory is diminished……today also in 21^st century India is suffering from terrorism & communal disharmony…….still today every year some blast & terrorist activities kill thousand of common Indians……I know this thing had to happen…….PRC tried his best it was not his fault……He was a brave & generous king through & through👏……

damn these people...who dont know the value of a king like prithviraj chauhan...so what if he committed a mistake...all humans commit mistakes...they acknowledge his flaws but they dont remember any of his brave and noble deeds..

i don't think it's their fault. Before PRC happened, I didn't have any idea abt him or his achievements . frankly speaking how many of us knew abt him before this serial?? When i searched on the net for the first time abt PRC, i happened to read history which was quite interesting..

i have personally visited all the places where he ruled and seen all the palaces and monuments he has constructed and beleive me all of them are either constructed on a temple bcoz he wanted ppl to walk over the temple 😡 or the temple was destroyed and constructed and do u know that tday the historians regard him as a great ruler who fought with britishers and the most disastrous thing is that he lost to britishers and still he is gr8😡

nowhere and in no book even a mention is made that he was very rude but on the contrary he is heralded as the greatest ruler😡

sometimes u never understand what is happening and all this happens bcoz of whose fault😕

i did not say that no books mentioned abt PRC but most of them dont and even if they do they talk more abt only his defeat by that damn ghori.i totally agree to the fact that books are more authentic than internet and one more thing darling i am older than u 😉12 yrs since i left school (older me😆)

and u are right i also studied the same things that u did regarding history but since school days i had a flair for history and just used to read a lot of books on them

i know that after PRC the era of the hindu kings almost ended and hindus had to suffer a lot,the info u have is correct hindu women were torchered during the mughal era

most of the info i know abt history of india is through books dear,my concern is that the historians just seem to be so biased abt their opnion abt PRC😡

they just seem to hide all his good deeds and point out only his mistakes,but when it comes to mughals,most of the times i have noticed that they are glorified even for somethings they have not done
