I wonder why there is still so much confusion to this age :-
Born on July 19th 1993
he completed 1st year on july 19th 1994
he completed 2nd year on july 19th 1995
he completed 3rd year on july 19th 1996
he completed 4th year on july 19th 1997
he completed 5th year on july 19th 1998
he completed 6th year on july 19th 1999
he completed 7th year on july 19th 2000
he completed 8th year on july 19th 2001
he completed 9th year on july 19th 2002
he completed 10th year on july 19th 2003
he completed 11th year on july 19th 2004
he completed 12th year on july 19th 2005
he completed 13th year on july 19th 2006
he will complete 14th year on july 19th 2007...and step into 15th year of birth after july 19th 2007...and its normal practice to call yourself 14 ,if you take Rajat's example and after his bday this year he will call himself 15...
If you count back ,which i did post somewhere else on this forum aswell ,he completes 14 in july 07 ,and in india that's how we count so uptill july19th '07 he will say he's 14 and then on he says he'll be 15 untill july 19th '08 when he will complete the 15th year and step into 16 and so on....
